Being a local builder means we are familiar with the building industry and its suppliers in the Northern Beaches, North Shore and Lower North Shore. We are committed to building quality houses and extensions. It also means we are always on hand for consultations.

6. OUR DESIGN / BUDGETING / ESTIMATING SERVICES

Not sure how much an addition or an extension will cost? Paul is qualified in design/build work, and can tailor an extension/addition to suit your budget. We can produce all the plans required and submit them to council for D.A.

7. OUR INTERIOR DESIGN / FINISHING SERVICE

Integration has a full-time qualified Interior Designer who can advise you on interior finishes. Barbara will be pleased to help you with colour schemes, kitchens, bathrooms and flooring. Be the envy of your friends and create that “wow factor”!
